The preservation for almost 50 years of a Ford Model 1929 in the garage of Gerassimos Anastassatos, a retired taxi driver in Makryotika, Kefalonia, initiates a nostalgic trip to the old times, transportational or social habbits, or events of that time at a region that nowadays only the elder can recall. Also a brief story of local taxi owners, difficulties and incidents of the time period 1929-1960, that this taxi was operated, is described by this local driver, who keeps the car in memory of his father and his youth.
